We want to start the New Year with a bang! This month’s special is Free Parking Downtown with a new 6 month serviced office agreement. Our parking garage is attached to the building so you don’t have to go outside to get to your office. With winter right around the corner, what more could you ask for? Well, just in case the free parking isn’t enough we have several amenities that are available to you when you’re a tenant of Amerimar Business Centers.
The 101 West Ohio Building offers several amenities including 24 hour security, free exercise facility with showers and locker rooms, Old National retail banking and ATM, barbershop, hair and nail salon.

At ABC we have a fully equipped kitchen and break room with free coffee, cable TV and Wi-Fi. We also have a state of the art Ricoh copier that can create professionally finished documents. We also have several services that we offer and you can see those here.
